NTRA Launches Breeders' Cup Web Site for Fans

The National Thoroughbred Racing Association has announced the launch of the new breederscup.com, a multi-media Web site with a wide assortment of content designed to both introduce new fans to the Breeders' Cup World Thoroughbred Championships and enrich existing racing fans with information and features available nowhere else. The microsite is accessible at
www.ntra.com and www.breederscup.com.The redesigned site, created by NTRA Productions, contains sections that preview this year's running of the Breeders' Cup at Santa Anita, and others that provide a retrospective of the event's 20-year history.Elements of the site include:Separate sections on each of the eight Breeders' Cup divisions, including photos and in-depth bio information on the top-10 contenders -- and their connections -- in each divisionFree Past Performances for all races provided by Equibase"Moss Moments" -- video vignettes by ESPN's Randy Moss guiding you through some of his favorite Breeders' Cup moments and pointing out some things to look for this year Streaming video of ten Breeders' Cup prep races in each of the eight divisions, all available for free downloading as a handicapping tool, and accompanied by result charts Special "Time Capsule" section that includes streaming video of the stretch run of every Breeders' Cup race since the event's inception Breaking newsExpert handicapping advice Photo galleriesComplete television, wagering, ticketing and merchandise information"We wanted to create a world-class online experience befitting an event of the Breeders' Cup's magnitude," said Keith Chamblin, the NTRA's senior vice president -- marketing & industry relations.
