Turf Writer Glen Gallivan Dies

Florida Turf writer Glen Gallivan died Sept. 30 at his home after a lifelong battle with muscular dystrophy. He was 30.
Reared in Cincinnati, Gallivan wrote a handicapping column, "Glenners at the Track." He also served as assistant editor of Wire to Wire Racing Digest from 1998-2001 and helped compile Beyer Speed Figures.
