Graded Winners Pure Precision, Skip to the Stone to Lou-Roe in Florida

Pure Precision and Skip to the Stone, both graded stakes winners, and stakes-placed Gulf Storm, will enter stud at Louis Gurino's Lou-Roe Farm near Morriston, Fla.
Pure Precision, a 4-year-old son of Montbrook, won three of four races his juvenile season. He captured the Sapling (gr. III) and Tyro Stakes, both at Monmouth Park, and ran second in the Criterium Stakes at Calder Race Course. He retired with four wins from eight starts and earnings of $186,550. He is a half-brother to two stakes winners, and his dam, graded stakes winner Al's Helen, set a track record at Hollywood Park. His fee is $4,000.
Gulf Storm, a $1.4 million Keeneland July sale yearling, won consecutive allowance races at Saratoga and was stakes-placed at Keeneland. A son of Storm Cat out graded stakes winner Miss Turkana (by Turkoman), he captured a career total of five of 17 starts and earned $194,747. His fee is $3,500.
Five-year-old Skip to the Stone (Skip Trial--Winner's Ticket, by Jolie's Halo) won the 2001 Bay Shore (gr. III) and Baldwin (gr. III) Stakes and ran third in the Berkeley (gr. III) and Independence Day Handicaps two years later. He retired with four wins from 18 starts and earnings of $270,829. His fee is $2,500.
