Surachai to Ballena Vista in California

Multiple stakes winner Surachai, California's sprint champion of 1997, has been relocated to Ballena Vista Farm near Ramona, Calif., where he will stand for $3,500. The 10-year old son of Slewpy out of the Don B. mare Corvettin formerly stood at Lakeview Thoroughbred Farm near Lakeview Calif., and was represented by his initial winner, Mental Floss, Sept. 15 at Fairplex. Surachai, who earned $680,963, is owned by Ed and Sharon Hudon.
