Valley Crossing to Rockin' River in Iowa

Fred and Wade Feuring have purchased millionaire Valley Crossing for stallion duty at their Rockin' River Ranch near Winterset, Iowa, and will stand him for $2,500. A 15-year-old son of Private Account out of the His Majesty mare Chic and Sassy, Valley Crossing has sired nine stakes winners and also is represented by multiple grade I stakes-placed Slew Valley, who ran second in the Sept. 8 Man o' War Stakes (gr. IT) in New York. Valley Crossing formerly stood at Tooth-Acres Farm near Lacava, Ark.
