Between the two of them, Christophe Clement and Bobby Frankel train five of the nine entrants in Friday's New York Handicap (gr. IIT). However, Pat Kelly will saddle highweight Riskaverse, the winner of last year's Queen Elizabeth II Challenge Cup Stakes (gr. IT).
Also in the field is the winner of the 2002 running of the race, Owslewy, who is trained by Randy Schulhofer.
