Caesar Rodney 'Cap Delayed Until Sept. 27

Due to soft turf conditions caused by the heavy rains in the area this week, Delaware Park announced postponement of Saturday's $200,000 Caesar Rodney Handicap until Sept. 27.

The remainder of the program will be raced as usual, the track reported.
