The session topper was consigned by Bruce Kline's Spendthrift Farm, agent. The dark bay or brown colt is the second foal out of the group I-placed Crazee Mental, a daughter of Magic Ring. The 8-year-old Crazee Mental ran second in the Shadwell Stud Cheveley Park Stakes (Eng-I), Charles Heidsieck Champagne Cherry Hinton Stakes (Eng-II), and the Queen Mary Stakes (Eng-III).
