Impeachment, who ran third in the 2000 Kentucky Derby (gr. I) and Preakness Stakes (gr. I), will stand the 2004 season at Cloverleaf Farms II near Reddick, Fla. The 6-year-old son of Deputy Minister had stood at Barbara LaCroix' Meadowbrook of Ocala Jockey Club near Ocala, Fla., since entering stud in 2001.

Impeachment also placed in the Arkansas (gr. II) and Tampa Bay Derbys and earned a career total of $350,450. His dam, Misconduct (by Criminal Type), is a half-sister to five stakes winners, including champion sprinter Gold Beauty. A fee will be announced later.
