Dab Hand Racing's The Tatling rallied from last and overtook the field inside the final furlong to win the King George Stakes (Eng-III) at Goodwood.

With jockey Darryll Holland aboard, The Tatling surged past Dragon Flyer by a neck at the wire to earn his second stakes victory of the season in the five-furlong sprint. Slap Shot finished another half-length back in third.

The Tatling, who won the Porcelanosa Sprint Stakes at Sandowne July 5, has now won seven of 40 career starts for trainer Milton Bradley. The 6-year-old son of Perugino out of the Ahonoora mare Aunty Eileen was bred in Ireland by Patrick Power.
