Jockey Jesse Campbell was treated and released from Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights Wednesday after sustaining a concussion in the second race when he fell from his mount, Great Eight, just before the finish line at Arlington Park.

Campbell, who was conscious and able to move all his extremities, complained of a sore neck and back and was taken to the hospital for precautionary tests.

According to his father, Mike, doctors at the hospital determined that Campbell suffered a concussion in the spill.
