TOBA Holds 18th Annual National Awards Dinner at Walmac

The Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association will hold its 18th annual Awards dinner and program at Walmac International near Lexington on Sept. 5, 2003. Grammy Award winner Sawyer Brown will perform at the event.
The program honors the top breeders in 26 states, as well as a national breeder of the year, a national owner of the year, an industry service award dinner, and top owners in four regions of North America. The Greatest Game is sponsoring a new owner of the year award this year.
