Graded stakes winner Slew Gin Fizz will stand the 2001 season at J. Michael O'Farrell's Ocala Stud Farms in Florida. The farm recently completed negotiations with Luis Villamil's Haras Rodeo Chico for the shuttling of the stallion from Argentina. Nine-year-old Slew Gin Fizz is expected to arrive in December and will stand for $5,000 live foal.

Slew Gin Fizz (Relaunch -- Slew Princess, by Seattle Slew) is represented by five stakes winners, including group I winner Cafetin. Slew Gin Fizz was a graded stakes winner at Arlington and was grade I stakes-placed as a juvenile. His second dam, stakes winner Lillian Russell, is a half-sister to Mr. Prospector.
