Hall of Fame trainer D. Wayne Lukas will saddle three fillies in Friday's Debutante (gr. III) at Churchill Downs.
Lukas, who has won the 5 1/2-furlong race four times to tie Doug Davis for all-time Debutante wins, plans to run Be Gentle, Fashion Girl, and Renaissance Lady in the 103rd renewal of the Debutante.
The Bob and Beverly Lewis-owned Renaissance Lady, a daughter of A.P. Indy who is coming off a runner-up finish in the Fashion Stakes at Belmont Park, is the latest addition to the field for Lukas.
Others considered "possible" or "likely" for the Debutante include Crypto's Best, Go Grace Go, Lady's Room, and Sweet Jo Jo.
