Central Kentucky stallion Gilded Time won't be shuttling to Vinery-Australia. "He's shuttled the last four years to Australia, so we want to give him a break," said Bates Newton, general manager of Vinery near Lexington. "He's a very fertile stallion, but is just slow when it comes to breeding."

Gilded Time, a 13-year-old champion son of Timeless Moment out of the What a Pleasure mare Gilded Lilly, has sired 32 stakes winners, including 2003 grade I winner Elloluv.
