The Council of the Emirates Racing Association announced
Fin Powrie has been named Director of Racing for the United Ara Emirates. Powrie's appointment will coincide with his current role as Chief Steward of the ERA, a position he has held for the last two seasons and one in which he will remain.... Penn National Gaming, Inc. has named
Leonard M. DeAngelo Executive Vice President of Operations, a new position at the Company. Prior to joining Penn National, DeAngelo served as president of The Atlantic City Hilton Casino Resort.
