Accelerator's First Winner

Graded stakes winner Accelerator was represented by his first winner when his daughter Hop On It won June 14 at 5 1/2 furlongs in 1:06.17 at Colonial Downs for owner/trainer Margaret Wetherington. Accelerator (A.P. Indy--Get Lucky, by Mr. Prospector) initially stood at John Sikura's Hill 'n' Dale Farms near Lexington. He was sold and moved to Turkey for the 2002 breeding season and died this spring.
