Six Queen's Plate Hopefuls in Trial Saturday

Gus Schickedanz's Mobil, winner of four of his last five, is the early 9-5 favorite in the field of six for Saturday's Plate Trial at Woodbine.

The 1 1/8-mile race for Canadian-bred 3-year-olds is a prep for the Queen's Plate, to be run at Woodbine on June 22.

Mobil is trained by Mike Keogh and will be ridden by Todd Kabel.

Stronach Stables' Rock Again will be making his stakes debut for trainer Malcolm Pierce. To be ridden by Eibar Coa, he was installed as the 2-1 second choice.

All starters will carry 126 pounds.
