Barclay Tagg, who trains Kentucky Derby (gr. I) and Preakness Stakes (gr. I) winner Funny Cide, will judge the
Grand Champion Maryland-bred yearling show. The 69th annual show will be Sunday, June 29, at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium. Preakness runners Cherokee's Boy and New York Hero previously participated in the show. For information on the show go to

Cincinnati Therapeutic Riding and Horsemanship group will perform at River Downs on Saturday, May 24. The group will be at the track at 11 a.m. where students of CTRH will wear jockey silks and goggles as they ride their horses in the River Downs paddock, with the help of volunteer jockeys...
