Fasig-Tipton Renovates Lexington Sales Facility

Fasig-Tipton is sprucing up its Newtown Paddocks sales facility in Lexington. A wood ceiling and wood trim are being added to the back walking ring. The renovation will also include new light fixtures and new brick-like flooring in the pedestrian area outside the ring.

The improvements are scheduled to be finished in time for Fasig-Tipton Kentucky's July select yearling sale.

"It needed a facelift, and this was the time to do it. We're kicking off the yearling selling season for the industry this year, and it's important to us to get things started off right," said Boyd Browning, Fasig-Tipton's executive vice president and chief operating officer.
