Wild Escapade Filly Among Fastest Workers At Barretts Under Tack Show

Iflookscouldkill, a daughter of Wild Escapade, worked an eighth of a mile in :10.1 Thursday, posting the fastest time for the distance during the first session of the under tack show for the Barretts May sale of 2-year-olds in training. Produced from the winning Playfellow mare Playful Hands, the filly is a full sister to stakes-placed Wild for Speed. The filly is consigned to the auction by Donna Wormser, agent.

The under tack show was held at Fairplex Park in Southern California.

Uppity Kitty, a daughter of Tale of the Cat, worked the fastest quarter, stopping the clock in :21.6. She was produced from the Mt. Livermore mare Princess Harriet, who is a half-sister to grade III winner Autobot (by Command Central) and stakes winner Greg at Bat (by Crafty Prospector). The filly's consignor is Sequel Bloodstock, agent.

Get Rhythm, a gelding by Rhythm, turned in the fastest time at three furlongs, covering the distance in :35.7 Consigned by Ben Craft, agent, Get Rhythm was produced from the winning St. Jovite mare St. Blaine, who is a full sister to stakes-placed Baranja.

Running at Hollywood Park Thursday, Outrageous Oyster captured a 4 1/2-furlong maiden race by three lengths. Her winning time was :52.71. Produced from the Solford mare Petaluma, the filly is from the family of grade I winner Vivid Angel. Outrageous Oyster's consignor is 5C Racing Ltd.

Also racing Thursday at Hollywood was Sweet Nine, who won by three-quarters of a length, covering 4 1/2 furlongs in :51.99. The Nineeleven filly was produced from the winning Gilded Time mare Sweet Elite and is from the family of multiple graded winner The Medic. Sweet Nine's consignor is Lov Acres Ranch, agent.

The second session of the Barretts under tack show is scheduled for Friday, beginning at 10 a.m. (PDT). The sale will be conducted next Monday and Tuesday.
