First-Crop Sire Stravinsky Gets Keeneland Winner

The second race at Keeneland on April 9 went to a colt from the first crop of English and Irish champion Stravinsky. Two-year-old Korsakoff, bred by Chelston Ireland and campaigned by Michael Tabor, won by 3 3/4 lengths at 4 1/2 furlongs in :52.59. Stravinsky (Nureyev -- Fire the Groom, by Blushing Groom) stands at Ashford Stud near Versailles, Ky.
