Horse Chestnut Back at Claiborne

Horse Chestnut, who underwent colic surgery at Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital near Lexington, arrived back at the Hancock family's Claiborne Farm near Paris, Ky., March 26.
"He doing fine," said Gus Koch. "We've set a target date of April 18 for him to start covering mares again."
Horse Chestnut (Fort Wood -- London Wall, by Col Pickering) has covered 28 mares this year.
