The meet will feature seven Thoroughbred stakes -- five for Indiana-breds -- and five Quarter Horse stakes.
On April 12, which will be considered the grand opening day, the $40,000 Oliver Stakes for 3-year-olds fillies at six furlongs will be the feature. Also on the card are the $20,000 Indiana Downs Quarter Horse Classic (first leg of the John Deere Mid-America Championship) for 3-year-olds and up, and the $15,000 Blue River Derby Quarter Horse Stakes for 3-year-olds.
Indiana Downs will race Wednesdays through Saturdays in April, and Tuesdays through Saturdays in May. First post is 6:30 p.m. except for April 12 (2 p.m.) and May 26 (1 p.m.).
