David and Ginger Mullins have put their 113-acre Doninga Farm near Lexington, Ky. up for sale. A release from their agent, Justice Real Estate, said the couple will focus their future efforts on selling horses rather than breeding and raising them. In the meantime, farm manager Jody Sparks has been supervising the farm.
Doninga was established in 1986 on Greenwich Pike. Among the horses sold by the Mullins' was a $2.8 million Storm Cat filly at last year's Keeneland July yearling sale.
