Edmund Gann's Peace Rules, winner of the Louisiana Derby in his first start of the year, showed he's lost none of his sharpness by working a half-mile in :46 4/5 at Hollywood Park Saturday.

The son of Jules, who has also captured the Generous and Hill Rise Stakes on the grass, is being pointed toward the Toyota Blue Grass Stakes at Keeneland on April 12.

Also on Saturday, Fog City Stable's undefeated Ocean Terrace worked 5 furlongs in 1:00 4/5 at Santa Anita for trainer Bob Hess.

Ocean Terrace, a son of Saint Ballado, has won all three of his career starts, including a game victory in the El Camino Real Derby at Golden Gate in his last start. He is expected to run next in the April 5 Santa Anita Derby.
