Headed by Cherokee's Boy, a field of 11 has been entered for Sunday's Gotham Stakes (gr. III) at Aqueduct, a traditional prep for the track's grade I Wood Memorial on April 12.Since racing at Aqueduct is still on the inner track due to inclement weather that has impacted the main track, the Gotham will be run at 1-mile-and-70-yards around two turns. It was initially scheduled for 1 mile around one turn on the main track.Maryland-based Cherokee's Boy, a multiple stakes winner with earnings of more than $309,00, is seeking his third consecutive victory in the Gotham.The field, in post position order (with jockeys and weight), for the Gotham, which will be shown live on ESPN2 beginning at 4:30 p.m. (Eastern), is:1--Midnight Charlie, Heberto Castillo Jr., 116 2--Grey Comet, Aaron Gryder, 120 3--Alysweep, Richard Migliore, 120 4--Mustbeinthefrontrow, C.
