Bradley Weisbord has been named finance and stallion general manager for Zayat Stables, and will begin working out of their corporate offices in Hackensack, N.J. effective immediately.
Weisbord has worked for the Thoroughbred Daily News and Executive Bloodstock Management as an analyst for the past three years. Both companies are owned primarily by his father, Barry Weisbord. In his new role, Weisbord will oversee all financial aspects of Zayat Stables, as well as assuming responsibility for its stallion management.
“I am happy to have Bradley join us,” said Zayat Stables owner Ahmed Zayat in a release. “He will surely be a credit to Zayat Stables. I have always had my eye on him since I met him at the sales when I entered the business.”
A Philadelphia native, Weisbord grew up on Long Island and is a 2007 graduate of the University of Wisconsin’s Granger School of Business, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in real estate and urban land economics.
