Churchill Downs announced March 9 that Bacardi will sponsor the infield hospitality area for this year’s April 31 Kentucky Oaks (gr. I) and May 1 Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (gr. I).
The area will have an outdoor sports bar atmosphere and include a VIP lounge, various seating options, shade tents, 12 jumbo televisions, multiple bars and betting windows, and executive restrooms. A view of the racetrack is not included.
The Infield Club debuted in 2009 and quickly sold out. Tickets are currently on sale through Churchill Downs’online box office http://Tickets.ChurchillDowns.com. The tickets have been bundled to include all-day admission for both the Oaks and Derby. Two-day general admission is $250 per person, while the Infield Club, which includes admission, a reserved seat, half-price menu items, programs on both days, and a special commemorative gift, is $375 per person. Tickets must be purchased with a VISA credit or debit card.
