Graded stakes-placed Kettle Won, whose dam is a half-sister to champion sprinter Safely Kept, will enter stud at Liberty Stud near Ghent, N.Y. The 7-year-old son of Colonial Affair will stand for $3,000 live foal.

It earlier was reported that Kettle Won would stand at Stuart and Anita Subotnick's Anstu Farm near Millbrook, N.Y. Kettle Won is owned by Anstu.

Bred by Dark Hollow Farm, Kettle Won captured three of 15 starts, ran second in the 2000 Fort Lauderdale Handicap (gr. IIIT), and earned $113,606 for Anstu. His dam, Safe At the Plate (by Double Zeus), also is a half-sister to Maryland stallion Partner's Hero.
