Pletcher has three Derby hopefuls in his stable.
Todd Pletcher, who has three promising Kentucky Derby contenders, will be running all three in different stakes on the weekend of Feb. 15-16.

Pletcher's main Derby hope, the undefeated Indy Dancer, will run in the 1 1/16-mile Risen Star Stakes on Feb. 16. Pletcher feels Fair Grounds' long stretch will be more conducive to Indy Dancer's strong late charge.

Bham, a front-running, two-turn horse who finished second in the Remsen Stakes and third in the Holy Bull, will remain in Florida and run in the Fountain of Youth Stakes on Feb. 15.

The third horse, Lion Tamer, brilliant winner of a 6-furlong maiden race at Belmont in 1:08 3/5 and a seven-furlong allowance race at Gulfstream by 7 1/2 lengths, will remain sprinting for now and run in the 7-furlong Hutcheson Stakes, also on Feb. 15. Lion Tamer was purchased recently by Michael Tabor from Peachtree Stable.

All three horses have been training steadily at Palm Meadows. Bham worked a half-mile in :52 3/5 breezing on Sunday and Lion Tamer and Indy Dancer both worked on Monday. Lion Tamer was timed in 1:03 2/5 breezing while Indy Dancer was clocked in 1:16 2/5 breezing.
