Summer Wind Gets Third Slew Foal

The third foal from the last crop of Seattle Slew was born the night of Jan. 30 at Summer Wind Farm, owned by Frank Lyon Jr. and his wife, Jane. Bred by Summer Wind, the newborn filly is the fourth foal from graded stakes winner Ski Dancer (by Baldski), who is booked to Storm Cat. Seattle Slew covered nine mares last year and four were reported in foal.
