Whywhywhy Records Bullet Drill at Santa Anita

Whywhywhy, prepping for the Feb. 15 Fountain of Youth Stakes (gr. I) at Gulfstream Park, worked five furlongs on Santa Anita's fast track Sunday morning in a bullet :59.40, fastest of 22 drills at the distance.
The 3-year-old colt trained by Patrick Biancone worked in company under jockey Tony Farina. Workmate Murray's D.J. was clocked in 1:01 flat.
