Millionaire Farda Amiga, an Eclipse Award finalist as top 3-year-old filly. will be bred to Gone West at Mill Ridge Farm. By Broad Brush, Farda Amiga scored her major wins in the Alabama Stakes (gr. I) and Kentucky Oaks (gr. I) and closed out her career with a runner-up effort in the Breeders' Cup Distaff (gr. I) for owners Marcos Simon, Julio Camargo, and Jose DeCamargo.

DeCamargo, a Central Kentucky bloodstock consultant specializing in South American racing, sold his interest in Farda Amiga the end of December following her retirement. "I'm not into breeding," he said. He does plan to attend the Eclipse Award ceremony Jan. 27.

Mill Ridge, located near Lexington, is owned by Dr. John Chandler and his wife, Alice.
