Forbidden Apple to Stand for $5,000

Millionaire Forbidden Apple, who will return home to enter stud at Arthur I. Appleton's Bridlewood Farm near Ocala, Fla., will begin his stallion career for $5,000. The 8-year-old son of Pleasant Colony is scheduled to close out his career in the Jan. 25 Sunshine Millions Turf at Santa Anita.

An Appleton homebred and trained throughout his career by Christophe Clement, Forbidden Apple has won eight of 30 starts and earned $1,623,280.
