Until Sundown to Stand at Magali in California

Graded stakes winner Until Sundown will enter stud at Rich and Gaby Sulpizio's Magali Farms near Santa Ynez, Calif. Five-year-old Until Sundown, who is owned by a partnership that includes Sidney Port, won three of nine races and earned $276,600. Campaigned by Port's trust and San Gabriel Investments, Until Sundown captured the 2001 Affirmed Handicap (gr. III) and ran second in that year's Swaps Stakes (gr. I, to Congaree) and Alydar Stakes. A half-brother to stakes winner Cool Air, Until Sundown (Smart Strike--Cool Baby, by Northern Baby) was scheduled to stand at Wafare Farm near Midway, Ky. His fee is $2,500.
