Brahms' First Foal Born at Lantern Hill

The first reported foal sired by grade I winner Brahms is a colt born Jan. 13 at Suzi Shoemaker's Lantern Hill Farm near Midway, Ky. The colt and his dam, Blue Columbine (by Plum Bold), are owned by Don Eberts of Latexo, Texas. He is a half-brother to stakes winner Rocky Hi and to two stakes-placed runners. Brahms (Danzig -- Queena, by Mr. Prospector) stands at Dr. Tom Simon's Vinery near Lexington.
