Time Bandit's Fee Reduced

Graded stakes winner Time Bandit, who stands at Firal Ryder's Ryder's River Ridge Farm near Natchitoches, La., had his fee reduced from $3,000 to $1,500 for the 2003 season. Owned by a corporation headed by Sonny Oechsner, 7-year-old Time Bandit (Time for a Change -- La Voyageuse, by Tentam) is represented by his first 2-year-olds this year.
