Kentucky Derby Website Out of the Gate

The countdown to the 2003 Kentucky Derby (gr. I) has officially began with the launching of the redesigned Kentucky Derby web site, www.kentuckyderby.com.
The site showcases five major sections designed for racing fans of every age and sophistication. Categories include Derby coverage, featuring snapshots of contenders and daily updates on the latest news; Derby history, with charts, timelines, and statistics on past runnings; Derby experience, with photo galleries and live web cams. The new site also provides information about the Kentucky Oaks (gr. I).
The 129th Run for the Rose is May 3. The Kentucky Oaks is May 2.
