Champion Black Minnaloushe's First Foal

The first reported foal sired by Irish champion Black Minnaloushe was born Jan. 2 at Dr. Tony Ryan's Castleton Lyons Farm near Lexington. The newborn filly was bred by Kilboy Estates, an outfit owned by Ryan's son, Shane, and produced from the Sadler's Wells mare Careyes. Black Minnaloushe stands at Ashford Stud near Versailles, Ky.
