Filly by Seattle Slew born to Plaintiff.
Seattle Slew was bred to only nine mares prior to his death last May, and one them, Plaintiff, produced a filly Jan. 9 at Bill Casner and Kenny Troutt's WinStar Farm near Versailles, Ky. Plaintiff, a winning 7-year-old daughter of Seeking the Gold, is the first foal from millionaire and grade I winner Dispute and traces back in female family to Mrs. Henry Carnegie Phipps' prominent broodmare Grey Flight. The newborn filly, which was bred by WinStar, is the second foal from Plaintiff, who is booked to A.P. Indy. Plaintiff's other offspring is a 2-year-old A.P. Indy filly.
