Tout Charmant, winner of the 2000 Matriarch (gr. IT) on the turf at Hollywood Park, worked seven furlongs in 1:28.40 at Santa Anita Friday for the $150,000 Dahlia Handicap (gr. IIT) for fillies and mares on grass Dec. 21.
Alex Solis will ride the mare for trainer Ron McAnally.
Other probable starters include Double Cat (Mike Smith), Reine de Romance (Julie Krone), Terna (Jose Valdivia, Jr.) and either Tates Creek or Surya from the Bobby Frankel stable.
