Graded stakes winner Mystery Storm has been moved to David Beard's Catfish Farm near Longview, Texas, from Rio Medina Ranch near San Antonio. Ten-year-old Mystery Storm formerly stood for a syndicate, but now is owned by Beard, who raced the son of Storm Bird as a homebred. Produced from the Affirmed mare Affirmed Classic, Mystery Storm has sired six stakes winners, including 2002 added-money winners Mystery Years and Stormin Oedy. His 2003 fee is $5,000.
