Jockey Martin Pedroza was handed two five-day suspensions for his part in a pair of disqualifications at Hollywood Park on Dec. 1.

Stewards cited Pedroza for unsafe riding aboard Time To Please, who finished third and was placed fourth in the first race.

In the seventh race that day, his mount Concussion was disqualified from first and placed second.

Pedroza is expected to begin serving the suspensions starting Saturday, though he is named to ride Men's Exclusive in the Vernon Underwood (gr. III) that day.
