City Street to Bullard Farms in Texas

City Street, a track-record-setter and –equaler in his two starts as a 2-year-old, has been retired from racing and will enter stud at Bullard Farms near Weatherford, Texas. The farm is owned by the husband-and-wife veterinary team of Tommy and Johanna Bullard. Three-year-old City Street will stand for $1,000.
Campaigned by Tom Durant, City Street (Carson City -- Starz, by Danzatore) equaled a track-record of :51.04 at 4 1/2 furlongs at the Keeneland spring meeting, winning by 10 lengths in his debut. He then set a track mark of :57.28 in the five-furlong Three Chimneys Juvenile Stakes at Churchill Downs. City Street raced once as a 3-year-old, finishing unplaced, and was retired with $78,785 in earnings.
