Harris Farms-bred Hot Market, ridden by Kent Desormeaux, registered a 3 1/2-length victory over Grey Memo in the $107,700 On Trust Handicap for California breds Saturday at Hollywood Park.

Grey Memo, winner of the On Trust two years ago, made his patented late run under Mike Smith, but had to settle for second, 1 1/2 lengths clear of Spinelessjellyfish in the field of six.

Hot Market, trained by Craig Lewis, won for the sixth time in 16 starts, paying $3.80, $2.40 and $2.10. Grey Memo paid $2.60 and $2.20, while the show payoff on Spinelessjellyfish was $2.40.

The 4-year-old Cee's Tizzy gelding covered the 7 1/2 furlongs in 1:28 1/5 under 119 pounds, earning $67,700 to increase his lifetime earnings to $330,460 for partners Harris Farms and Antonsen.
