Grey Memo, winner of the On Trust Handicap in 2000, is the 120-pound highweight in a field of six older horses for Saturday's 7 1/2-furlong test for California breds.

Mike Smith has the riding assignment on Grey Memo in the $100,000 On Trust, which also drew speedster Hot Market, as well as the first and second-place finishers in last year's running, Stormy Jack and Waingarth.
