Stakes Winner Syncline to Crestwood

Stakes winner Syncline, one of six stakes winners from his dam, will enter stud at Pope McLean's Crestwood Farm near Lexington for a fee of $2,500 live foal. A homebred for George Strawbridge, Syncline won this year's Sussex Handicap and was retired with five wins from 11 starts and $172,790 in earnings. Sired by Danzig and produced from grade II winner Annie Edge (by Nebbiolo), Syncline is a full brother three stakes winners and a half-brother to two added-money winners, including English and French champion Selkirk.
