Coronado's Quest, whose fee was reduced from $75,000 to $35,000 for the 2003 season, instead will stand for $50,000 next year. The $35,000 fee was set in early fall, after which Coronado's Quest reeled off three stakes winners, including a group winner in Europe. Coronado's Quest, a son of Forty Niner out of the Damascus mare Laughing Look, stands at the Hancock family's Claiborne Farm near Paris.
