Grade/group I winner Beat Hollow, a champion in France, will enter stud at Khalid Abdullah's Banstead Manor Stud in England. A homebred for Abdullah's Juddmonte Farms, 5-year-old Beat Hollow enjoyed his best season this year when he captured the Arlington Million (gr. IT) and Woodford Reserve Turf Classic (gr. IT) Stakes, plus the Manhattan Handicap (gr. IT).

As a 3-year-old in 2000, Beat Hollow scored his major win in the Grand Prix de Paris (Fr-I) in his sole French start and ran third in the Vodafone Epsom Derby (Eng-I).

Trained in the U.S. by Bobby Frankel, Beat Hollow (Sadler's Wells -- Wemyss Bight, by Dancing Brave) retires with seven wins from a dozen starts and earnings of $1,814,481. He finished sixth in the Oct. 26 NetJets Breeders' Cup Mile (gr. IT) in his final start.
